If you are unable to donate the product, please contact us and we will provide you with instructions on how to dispose of the product in an environmentally responsible manner.
If you wish to cancel your order, please create a ticket at helpdesk within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, you will not be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that have been used, damaged due to customer misuse, or returned without proper documentation.
